Keith brings 50 years of retail and nonprofit experience to GROW. His heartbeat for all those years has been “Helping People to Improve Their Lives.” He owned and managed two bookstores for 23 years, followed by 15 years on staff at two ministries. Toward the end of 2018 he ended 14 years in real estate sales to devote his energy to GROW. Keith served on 3 previous nonprofit boards and was the executive director on one of them.
Keith joined GROW in 2015 as a teacher's assistant, which he continued to do at several levels for 3 years, while also filling in as a substitute teachers when needed. He became a teacher in 2018. Keith finds that the joy of GROW's students as they learn English is infectious and that being part of that process is addicting. Keith joined GROW's Board on 2016, became President on 2017 and became Executive Director in 2018.
