Part-Time Development Director

10 hours/week
Hybrid work, Philadelphia

Grants and strategies

• Oversight of GROW’s grant writer and the securing of new grants
• Creation and implementation of other strategies for raising funds

Partner development

• Seek out new churches for financial support and/or volunteer support
• Seek out new individual donors
• Recruit volunteers

Nurture relationships with current partners, by:

• Establishing regular communication with churches and individuals
• Establishing regular communication with volunteers for encouragement and vision casting

Organization

• Work well with board of directors and staff regarding donor communication and strategies
• Provide regular updates to the board of directors
• Regularly cultivate personal spiritual development and relationship with God
